Wilma M. "Tokie" Myers, 101, of Englewood, FL, died August 23, 2022 in Englewood's Tidewell Hospice House.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September, 7, 2022 in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua, IL.

Wilma was born on June 25, 1921 in Moweaqua, IL, the daughter of Charles Ladd and Pearl Louise (Standley) Howard.  She married Martin Myers on May 4, 1952.  He preceded her in death on January 19, 2015.

Wilma was a proud farmer's wife and considered that her primary role. She worked as a hairdresser for most of her adult life. She loved to travel and went several places around the globe. She was a member of the Decatur Sister City group and traveled to Germany as well as hosted German visitors in her home.  After retirement she became an avid golfer, often winning awards in her age group and flight, worked tirelessly for the Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, particularly among the women's associations, and excelled in the physical fitness regimen at the local Curves attaining many awards for her tenacity and perseverance.

Surviving are her two nieces and one nephew: Loreta "Lu" Adamson,  Louise "Pug" Lowe, and Jim Cearlock.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, and ten siblings.
