Obituary

William D. Cutler, also known as Bill, 90, of Moweaqua,IL died on the morning of Friday, May 12, 2017.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017, also in the funeral home. Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua with Full Military Rites. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Louis or Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois.

Bill was born September 3, 1926 in Moweaqua. He married Norma "Faye" Talley December 24, 1953 in Moweaqua. She survives.

Bill was a member of First Christian Church of Moweaqua. He was a pipefitter and a member of Plumber and Steamfitters Local #65. Bill was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the VFW Post #2705 and American Legion Post #370. He enjoyed hunting, shrimping, fishing, taking his grandkids camping, wine making, gardening, eating pie, woodworking, playing cards, spending the winter months in Florida alongside Faye, his wife, and playing "The Board Game". Bill was a jack of all trades and could fix just about anything. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Bill is survived by his wife, Norma "Faye" Cutler; daughters: Cheryl (Tim) Wooters, Sheila (Brad) Kerby, Shirley (Jeff) Cole, all of Moweaqua and Carol (Scott) Jones of Macon, IL; son, Scott (Lynne) Cutler of Villa Ridge, MO; grandkids: Travis (Lindsey) Kerby, Hilary (Kevin) Freise, Amber (Clyde) Chapman, Kimberly (Tim) Higgins, Mikaela Cole, Gabby Cole, Jacob Jones and Trevor Cutler; great-grandkids: Isabel, Greer and Harper Freise, Kadyn, Tripp and Kruz Higgins, Olivia and Georgia Kerby and Sierra, Justice, Jackson, Kale and Kobi Chapman.

Preceding him in death is his mother, Viola Beall; brother, Jack Beall and sister, Norma Mahone.
