Thomas Eugene Rever, 72, of Assumption died February 9, 2015, in Heritage Health, Pana, IL.

Services will be 10:00 am Friday, February 13, 2015 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Assumption.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Thursday, February 12, 2015 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption. Prayer service will be at 4:45 pm Thursday.

Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Assumption.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption.

Thomas was born June 30, 1942 in Assumption, IL, the son of Joseph and Mary (Blondiau) Rever. He married Edith M. Gatewood, February 14, 1992 in Assumption, IL. She survives.

Thomas was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption, Assumption Knights of Columbus and Assumption CO-OP. He was a farmer and the owner of Tom's Welding Shop in Assumption.

Surviving is his wife; brother: George (Norma) Rever; sisters: Regina (Cletus) Graden and Mary P. Tillman, all of Assumption; step-children: Gina Walters and partner Dick Shuey of Lakewood, IL, Marla (Shawn) Stover of Arizona, Susie (Mike) Brown of Tennessee and Monyca (Dennis) Christian of Tower Hill, IL.

His parents preceded him in death.
