Terry G. Helm, 72, of Decatur, died June 20, 2021, in his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Burial, with full military honors, will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to Cancer Care Institute of Decatur.

Terry was born on August 21, 1948 in Decatur, IL, the son of Eugene and Faye (Cropper) Helm.  He married Brenda Nave on February 14, 1981 in Boody, IL.  She survives.

Terry was affiliated with Glad Tidings Church of Decatur.  He was a former supervisor for PPG Manufacturing and proudly served in the United States Navy.

Surviving is his wife, Brenda; children: Melissa and Enrique, Angela (Dave) Miller of Harristown, IL, Terran Helm of Decatur, IL and Mark Crain of Decatur, IL; grandchildren: Ashley, Ariel and Gabriel; brothers: Dale Helm of Texas and Randy Helm of Decatur, IL and sisters: Shirley Farr of Oreana, IL and Carolyn (Jeff) Damery of Mt. Zion, IL.

Preceding him in death are his parents.
