Susan N. Elliott, 70, of Sullivan, formerly of Moweaqua, was ushered into her heavenly home on May 18, 2021 in OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua, IL.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Memorials may be made to Lupus Foundation of America.

Susan was born on May 10, 1951 in Jacksonville, NC, the daughter of James L. and Shirley (Drake) Snyder.  She married Gary Elliott on October 2, 1982 in Moweaqua, IL.

Susan was a homemaker and previously a facilitator for Lupus Foundation of America.

Surviving is her husband, Gary; mother, Shirley Snyder of Mt. Zion, IL: daughter, Heather (Brian) Freeman of Bloomington, IL; step-children: Chad (Ingris) Elliott of Texas and Sarah Hernandez of Arizona; grandson, Logan; eight step-grandchildren; brothers: Stephen (Donna) Snyder of Arkansas and Paul (Julie) Snyder of South Carolina; sisters: Rebecca (Randy) Menge of Nevada, Mary (Phil) Lehman of Moweaqua, IL, Julianne (Kent) Zimmerman of Indiana and Jennifer Snyder of Colorado.

Preceding her in death is her father, James L. Snyder.
