Robert L. Cunningham, 32, of Assumption died August 4, 2016 in Hillsboro Area Hospital, Hillsboro, IL.

Robert was born June 23, 1984 in Springfield, IL the son of Robert T. Cunningham and Patricia Connolly. He married Ellen Sides June 6, 2016 in Taylorville, IL. She survives.

Surviving is his wife, Ellen; son, Kaine Parker; father, Robert T. Cunningham (fiancée, Tammy Pickler); mother, Patricia; brother, Benjamin Thompson; grandfather, Robert J. Cunningham; nephew, Matthew Cunningham; and sister-in-law, Danielle Cunningham.

Preceding him in death is his brother, Chad Cunningham; paternal grandmother Mary Helen Cunningham and maternal grandmother, Gail Marilyn Connolly.
