Pearl J. Cox, of Moweaqua died June 13, 2013 in Heartland Health Care Center, Decatur.
Private graveside services will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua.
Pearl was born December 13, 1919 in Moweaqua, IL the daughter of Arthur and Bessie (Clipston) Sanner. She married Woodrow L. Cox March 3, 1943 in St. Louis, Mo. He preceded her in death on January 21, 1997.
Pearl was a member of First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua, United Methodist Women and Moweaqua Rotary Club. She worked as a clerk at the post office.
Surviving are her daughter Patricia Powell of Forsyth, IL, grandson Brian (Tonya) Powell of Moweaqua and step great-granddaughter Sydney.
Preceding her in death are her husband, parents and three sisters.
