Pat Mahan Gullidge, 73, of Assumption, died April 5, 2020, in Louisville, IL.

A private graveside service will be held in Mautz Cemetery, Dollville, IL on Wednesday April 8, 2020.  Memorials may be made to the Pat Gullidge "Prairie Lady" Agriculture Scholarship or HSHS St. John's Prairie Heart Foundation and mailed to Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL.

Pat was born December 17, 1946 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Joe and Darlene (Metzger) Mahan. She graduated from Assumption High School in 1965. She married Merle Gullidge, Jr in 1967.  She was known for her historical agriculture presentations as "The Prairie Lady" and her beautiful singing.  Pat also worked at Bodden Insurance, in Assumption, for over 20 years. She volunteered with the 4-H for many years at the Illinois State Fair judging general projects. She was a member of Christian County Landowners and Assumption Historical Society. Pat was also a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of God in rural Assumption.

The family would like to thank St. Johns Hospital nurses, doctors and staff and especially Dr. Robert Woodruff, her Cardiologist at Prairie Cardiovascular, for all they have done to care for our Mom.

Surviving are her sons: John (Annette) Gullidge of Louisville, IL and Jason (Peggy) Gullidge of Prairie City, IL; daughter, Alicia Gullidge of Assumption, IL; grandchildren: Braxton, Bryce, Breanne, Avery, Brock and Cora; sister, Sharon Mahan of Arizona and Merle Gullidge, Jr. of  Assumption.
