Wheeler, Orville Dean Dec 21, 1924 - March 18, 2017 Orville Dean Wheeler, 92, of Sarasota, Fl passed away on March 18, 2017. Dean was born in Springfield IL. and served in the US Army during both WWII and the Korean War. He moved to Sarasota from Decatur, IL in 1960 and worked for Sears in both Illinois and Sarasota, retiring in 1987 after 42yrs. of working with many wonderful people and many fond memories. Dean was predeceased by his wife of 52yrs. Margaret in 2002 and is survived by his son, Larry (Jeanne) and several nieces and a nephew. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua, IL. In Lieu of flowers, a donation to Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238 in my fathers name would be greatly appreciated.
