Norma I. Weers, 66, of Springfield, IL, died April 3, 2017 in Springfield Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 in Seitz Funeral Home. Moweaqua, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua, IL. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Moweaqua or ASPCA.

Norma was born November 29, 1950 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Norman and Irma (Hanley) Gillett. She married Randy Weers June 27, 1981. He survives.

Norma was a member of First Baptist Church of Moweaqua. She graduated from Brown's Business College and was retired from Pehlman & Dold PC CPA in Springfield, where she worked as secretary for over 40 years. Norma loved to cook and care for her dogs.

Preceding her in death are her parents.
