Monica Ann Demascal, 48, formerly of Assumption died August 28, 2015 in Park Place, Pana, IL.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Assumption, IL. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Assumption. Memorials may be made to Park Place of Pana, IL.
Monica was born in Taylorville, IL January 14, 1967, the daughter of Joseph E. and Mary (McWorter) Demascal. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption.
Surviving are her brothers: Larry Demascal of Shelbyville, IL, Joseph Michael (Diana) Demascal of Keithville, LA, Robert Mark (Latisha) Demascal of Assumption, IL and sister, Mary Suzanne Phillipi of Moweaqua, IL.
Preceding her in death are her parents and brother, David Demascal.
