Marjorie Eleanor Gorden, 94, of Moweaqua, died April 2, 2015 in Moweaqua Nursing & Retirement Center.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in First Christian Church of Moweaqua.

Visitation will be 11:00 until service time, also in First Christian Church.

Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery, Moweaqua.

Memorials may be made to Moweaqua Ambulance Service.

Marjorie was born February 7, 1921 in Dalton City, IL, the daughter of Harry and Bertha (Pennington) Trulock. She married John Gorden, he preceded her in death. She later married Keith J. Anderson; he also preceded her in death.

Marjorie was a lifelong member of First Christian Church of Moweaqua. She was a former school teacher and farm manager of Gorden Farms.

Surviving are her grandchildren: Tracey Somo of Aurora, CO, Travis Coffman of Guam, Troy Coffman of Wonder Lake, IL and Kirsten Hamann of Seattle, WA, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are 2 husbands, parents, daughter Jon Ann, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
