Marcia A. DeClerck, 80, of Pana died May 19, 2015, in Pana Community Hospital.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 22, 2015 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption with her nephew, Pastor Tom Cater, officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 also in Seitz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Marcia was born October 13, 1934 in Assumption, IL the daughter of G.W. and Myrtle (Pollard) Stringer. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption, Assumption VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Red Hat Society of Pana. Marcia formerly worked for BorgWarner in Decatur, IL, managed the Shelby Country Club and formerly owned The Place in Assumption.

Surviving are her children: Steve (LeeAnn) DeClerck of Pana, Michael (Deana) DeClerck of Assumption, Julie (John) Holthaus of Assumption, Michelle (Dennis) Jostes of Assumption; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brothers: Richard (Mary) Stringer of Bulls Gap, TN and Sam Stringer; sister, Joyce Settle of California.

Preceding her in death are her parents; sister, Judy Parker and special friend Jack Lynch of Pana.

Marcia will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
