Louise E. Boyer, 87, of Moweaqua, died December 20, 2023, in her home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2023 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to The Family of Louise Boyer.

Louise was born on November 25, 1936 in Moweaqua, IL, the daughter of Virgil and Vera (O'Kelly) Younker.  She married Charles Donald "Doc" Boyer on November 27, 1954 in Moweaqua, IL.  He preceded her in death on November 5, 2018.

Louise was affiliated with Destiny Fellowship Church of Moweaqua.  She was retired from Ayars State Bank and a former member of Moweaqua Lions Club. Louise was a devoted and loving grandmother.

Surviving are her grandson, Nathan (Marsha) Wilkinson and great-grandchildren, Olivia and Kaydence, all of Moweaqua, IL; and sister, Betty Smiley of Bloomington, IL.

Preceding her in death are her husband; parents; daughter, Donna Wilkinson; son-in-law, Daniel Wilkinson, Sr.; grandson, Danny Wilkinson, Jr.; brothers: Ralph, Bob and Leon Younker; and sisters: Lois Ater and Pam Shewmaker.
