Linda Marie Morrell, 63, of Moweaqua, went to meet her Lord and Savior, June 4, 2021 in her home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.  Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2021, also in the funeral home.  Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to Moweaqua American Legion Post #370 or Moweaqua Boy Scout Troop #85.

Linda was born November 10, 1957 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of James and Hilda (Nehib) Woodard.  She married Gary A. Morrell on March 26, 1977 in Moweaqua. He survives.

Linda was a member of Destiny Fellowship Church of Moweaqua.  She was a retired LPN, who  loved Jesus and her family.

Linda is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Gary A. Morrell.  Together they raised five children; Debby (Darrin) Pool of Sullivan, IL, Terry (Marcey) Morrell of Davis, IL, Angie (Todd) Knight of Bethany, IL, Joshua (Jennifer) Morrell of Louisville, KY and Shana (Jeremy) Jones of Moweaqua, IL.  She had thirteen grandchildren, who she loved and adored; Jacob and Kelsy Clark, Nick and Payton Pool, Maddyx Morrell, Andrea and Baylee Knight, Asher, Judah, Elijah and Malachi Morrell and Brett and Haley Goodrich. Linda also had one great-grandchild, Aurora Marie, daughter of Haley Goodrich and a soon to be great-grand child, Leon, son of Brett Goodrich and Camille Gentry. Also surviving are her brothers, Don (Sue) Woodard of Texas, Bob Woodard of Moweaqua and John (Pam) Woodard of Colorado and sister, Patricia (Gene) Scribner of Decatur, IL.

Preceding her in death are her parents, James and Hilda Woodard; sister, Jeanette Hickman; and baby brother, Jimmy Woodard.

Linda will be missed dearly by all that had the privilege to know her.
