LaVon B. Kroenlein, 99, of Moweaqua, died January 21, 2022 in St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur, IL.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Burial will be in Little Flock Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua.

LaVon was born on January 6, 1923 in Moweaqua, IL, the daughter of John B. and Margaret (Still) Robinson.  She married Lawrence C. Burgener in June of 1941.  He preceded her in death in 1961.  She later married Paul E. Kroenlein in March of 1972.  He preceded her in death on June 13, 2015.

LaVon was a member of First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua and a former member of Moweaqua OES.  She worked as a beautician for many years.

Surviving are her sons: Lawrence A. "Larry" (Sandy) Burgener and Michael L. (Diane) Burgener, all of Moweaqua ,IL; grandchildren: Adam (Astrid) Burgener of Copperas Cove, TX, Kelly (Stephen) Gregory of Wentzville, MO and Leann (Ramiro) Estrada of Moweaqua, IL; great-grandchildren: ShaeLynn, Taryn, Tristen and Kora; and special nephew, Lyle Rodman.

Preceding her in death are husbands, Lawrence Burgener and Paul Kroenlein, parents, one brother and four sisters.
