John W. Morrison, Jr. 76, of Pana, formerly of Moweaqua, died January 18, 2019, in his home.

Funeral services, with Masonic rites, will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to Masonic Lodge #180.

John was born December 10, 1942 in Pana, IL, the son of John W. and Mary K. (Funk) Morrison, Sr.  He married Beverly A. Frye in Bethany, IL August 27, 1994.  She preceded him in death November 24, 2010.  He later married Pamela Lynch in Pana, IL July 6, 2013.  She survives.

John was a member of Moweaqua Masonic Lodge #180.  He was retired from Mueller Company, after 40 years of service.  John loved his peanut butter and chocolates.  He also loved traveling,  camping and country music.  He was a member of several bands during his lifetime.

Surviving is his wife, Pamela; step-sons:  William (Lori) Kamer, Jr. of Daytona Beach, FL, Timothy (Maria) Kamer of Overland Park, KS and Roger Frye of Highland, IL; step-daughters: Brandi (Levi) Reed of Oconee, IL and April (Randy) Brown of Villa Grove, IL; many grandchildren; and brother, Paul Wayne (Linda) Morrison of Springfield, IL.

Preceding him in death are his parents and wife, Beverly.
