Jenny Lee Damery, 82, of Assumption, died January 17, 2017.

Per her wishes, there will be a private graveside service . Memorials may be made to Central A&M Athletics.

Jenny was born May 3, 1934 in Herrick, IL, the daughter of Carl William and Mabel Lena (Wehrle) Hunter. She married Francis Damery January 11, 1951 in Assumption. He preceded her in death August 27, 1991.

Surviving are her son, Darin (Debbie) Damery; daughters, Penny (George) Hiler, Cindy Damery and Kelley Ann (Jim) Scott all of Assumption, IL; "Gawgy" of Bruce Hiler of Assumption, Heather (Robert) Ludwig of Assumption, Tammy (Jason) Welch of Bloomington, IL, Brian (Courtney) Hiler of Assumption, Stefani (Paul) Callan of Assumption, Damon (Amy) Snow of Clinton, IL, Kami (Steven) Crutchfield of Blue Mound, IL, Corey (Chelsea) Scott of Sumter, SC, Riley Damery (Deceased), Morgan Damery, Jayne Damery and Drew Damery all of Assumption; "Great Gawgy" of Zachary, Caleb, Ashton, J.T., Madelyn, Jonathan, George, Kurt, Weston, Lainey, Bryson, KarLeigh, Aedan, Hunter and Evan; brothers, Darrel Hunter of Bloomington, IL, Mike (Debbie) Hunter of Sullivan, IL, Marty Hunter of Nokomis, IL and sister, Cheri Hunter of Ohlman, IL.

Preceding her in death are her husband, parents, six brothers and granddaughter, Riley Damery.
