Jeffrey Kenneth Puckett, 65, of Decatur, IL, died April 2, 2022, in Creve Coeur, MO.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2022 in Salem Baptist Church, Decatur, IL.  Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022, also in Salem Baptist Church.  Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption, IL.  Memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church or Evelyn's House (Creve Coeur, MO Hospice).

Jeffrey was born on December 3, 1956 in Chicago, IL, the son of Clayton R. and Evelyn (Rhoades) Puckett.  He was a member of Salem Baptist Church of Decatur, IL and worked as a custodian in the Decatur area.

Surviving are his special friend, Lois Samuel of Decatur, IL; brother, Joe (Lynette) Puckett of Moweaqua, IL; nephew, Jeremy (Sydney) Puckett of Macon, IL and niece, Nicole Normington of Sadieville, KY.
