Jacob E. Wehner, 30, of Springfield IL, formerly of Moweaqua IL, passed away on June 17, 2022.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2022 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Visitation will be from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2022, also in Seitz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua. Please wear casual attire at Jacob's request. Memorials may be made to the Jacob Wehner Benefit and mailed to Seitz Funeral Home 118 E. Main St. Moweaqua, IL 62550.

Jacob was born on February 7, 1992, to George and Deborah (White) Wehner in Decatur, IL. Jacob attended Central A&M High School.  He ran his own business, JF Hauling in Springfield which he enjoyed. Jacob's greatest happiness was when his daughters Alexandria and Noel were born. They were his whole life, and he fought hard for them. The recent birth of his nephew Kinaan Namarneh brought joy to his heart. Jacob loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Jacob is survived by his daughters, Alexandria and Noel Wehner; parents, George and Deborah (White) Wehner; fiancé, Jessica Perry; brother, Joshua White; sister Jessica (Moe) Namarneh and nephew Kinaan Namarneh; grandparents, George and Sue Wehner; and grandmother, Donna White. Jacob was especially close to his aunt, Rhonda White.

Preceding him in death is his grandfather, Ralph White.
