Helen E. Lillpop, 95, of Moweaqua died August 9, 2013 in Moweaqua Nursing & Retirement Center, Moweaqua, IL.

Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, August 16, 2013 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday in Seitz Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Macon Cemetery, Macon, IL.

Memorials may be made to Sanner Chapel United Methodist Church, Moweaqua, IL or Chaddock Home, Quincy, IL.

Helen was born March 30, 1918, in Manatoba, Canada, the daughter of Burt and Grayce (Carroll) Wise. She married Vern Lillpop in Macon County February 1938. He preceded her in death March 1984.

Helen was a member of Sanner Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was church organist for over 70 years. She was also a member of Milam Women's Club, Macon County Home Extension and United Methodist Women. Helen was the Valedictorian of Macon High School class of 1936.

Surviving are her sons: Jerry (Jane) Lillpop, of Macon, IL, Norman (Karen) Lillpop of Macon, IL and Rodney (Sharon) Lillpop of Highlands Ranch, CO, grandchildren: Steven (Lisa) Lillpop, David Lillpop, Mathew (Angel) Lillpop, Tim (Jaimie) Lillpop, Dan (Lindsey) Lillpop, Mark (Kim) Lillpop, Chris (Kelly) Lillpop and Pamela (David) Haycraft, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 step great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her husband, parents, son Kent Allen Lillpop, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
