Gwendolin B. Adams, 93, of Moweaqua died December 1, 2013 at home.

Services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in First United Methodist Church,Moweaqua, IL.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in Seitz Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua and Moweaqua Public Library.

Gwendolin was born November 3, 1920 in Moweaqua, IL the daughter of Malcolm W. and Gwendolin U. (Duncan) Stewart. She married Kyle A. Adams Sr. in Moweaqua, May 26, 1950. He preceded her in death December 21, 2006.

Gwendolin was a member of First United Methodist Church of Moweaqua, Order of OES, a former Girl Scout troop leader and a substitute rural letter carrier for the USPS. She worked as a secretary for Caterpillar and Glen Humphrey's implement dealership.

Surviving are her daughters: Katherine (Stanley) Byard of Moulton, TX; Debra (Graham) Arnold of Bloomington, IL; Donna (James) Moore of Moweaqua, IL; and Shari (John) Bresnan also of Moweaqua; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, son K. Allen Adams Jr. and brothers: M. Wayne Stewart, J. Gale Stewart and Glenn Stewart.

The family would like to thank Gwen's dedicated and loving caregivers, Chan Haksasila, Lee Burton, and Lori Mahone, who helped make it possible for Gwen to live out her life in the home where she and Kyle finished raising the children; the home where they were always happy to see their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
