Frank Joseph Hoffman, 50, of Moweaqua died July 11, 2015 in his home.

Memorial services will be 3:00 pm Friday, July 17, 2015 in First Baptist Church of Moweaqua. Visitation will be two hours prior to service time. The family request casual/camo attire. Memorials may be made to NWTF (National Wildlife Turkey Federation), CWD, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Frank was born August 19, 1964, in Decatur, IL the son of William L. and Patricia (Telfer) Hoffman. He married Missy Chasteen March 28, 1992, in Decatur, IL. She survives.

Frank was a member of NWTF, NRA and CWD. He was employed by ADM, where he worked as the Washbay foreman for over 20 years, receiving several awards in training. Frank also owned Crappie Chaser Jigs. He was an avid sportsman and was very proud of Hoffman Whitetail Deer Farm. Frank loved to hunt and fish.

Surviving is his wife Missy; daughter, Torey Hoffman, at home; father William (Carolyn) Hoffman of Moweaqua; brothers: Robert "Cobb" Hoffman of Florence, MS and Matthew (Mandy) Hoffman of Effingham, IL; sisters: Shelleye (John) Buckliew of Columbia, SC and Penny (Larry) Pagel of Edgewood, IL; several nieces and nephews and one very special great-nephew, Alex Shane.

Preceding him in death is his mother, Patricia.
