Evelyn C. Survance received her Heavenly wings on June 6, 2021 just 25 days from her 97 ^th birthday.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time.  Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption.  Memorials may be made to Assumption Christian Church.

Evelyn was born on July 1, 1924 to the late John Jr. and Ica (Baker) Paddock.  She is also preceded in death by her four brothers, Selvin Paddock, Freeman Paddock, Harold Paddock, Nolan Paddock, and her loving husband of 53 years, John N. Survance.

Evelyn loved her GOD and was proud to be a member and retired pianist at Assumption Christian Church.  She was also involved in many serving opportunities in her community.

As everyone who ever knew her would agree, her family was her reason for living.  She was extremely proud to be the matriarch of five generations.

Left to treasure her loving memory are her two sons, John D. (Sharon) Survance and Michael (Debbie) Survance; 5 grandchildren: Terrie Nelson, Shan Survance, Michael Survance, Rob Survance and Drew Survance; 5 great grandchildren; and 6 great- great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the wonderful and compassionate staff at Jefferson Manor for the loving care our mom received the past five years while in their care.
