Denise L. Kuntzman, 53, of Assumption, died May 16, 2021 in  AdventHealth, Celebration, FL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2021 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption.  Memorials may be made to "The Family of Denise Kuntzman".

Denise was born on August 16, 1967 in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of Carl E. and Gerldine M. (Julius) Galvin. She worked at several local restaurants and was a full-time grandma.

Surviving are her children: Heather (Nathan) Lindahl of Assumption, IL and Adam (Zoe) Kuntzman of Macon, IL; grandchildren: Maddilyn Lindahl, Presley Lindahl, Lincoln Kuntzman and "soon to be" Rowan Lindahl;  sister, Carla (Sean) Derrick of Edwardsville, IL; several half brothers and sisters; and cousin, Susie Burgess of Assumption, IL.

Preceding her in death are her parents.
