Cynthia "Cindy" Lauris Anderson, 57, of Moweaqua, died August 22, 2025 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025 in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.  Memorials may be made to the Moweaqua Food Pantry.

Cindy was born on November 3, 1967 in Hazel Crest, IL, the daughter of Victor and Judith (Bodry) Chicke.  She married Kenneth E. Anderson on February 25, 2006 in Moweaqua, IL.  He survives.

Cindy was a member of First Baptist Church of Moweaqua and worked as a CNA at the Eastern Star Home in Macon, IL.

Surviving are her husband, Kenneth; daughters: Amber Jocius of Decatur, IL and Lacey Anderson of Ohio; son, Dakota Anderson of Moweaqua, IL; grandchildren: Ashlee Lacroix, Benjamin Simpson, Chance Simpson, Bentley Gann, and Watson Keith.; and sister, Carolyn Chicke of Moweaqua, IL.

Preceding her in death are her parents.
