Connie Sue Caulk, 66, of Assumption, died August 7, 2015 in Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2015, in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption, IL. Memorials may be made to Shelby County 4-H or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Connie was born December 30, 1948 in Pana, IL, the daughter of Lawrence M. and Aileen (Jordan) Pinkston. She married Gary Caulk in Assumption October 4, 1969. He survives.

Connie was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church of Assumption and a 1968 graduate of Assumption High School.

Surviving is her husband, Gary; daughter, Yolanda (John) Nation of Assumption, IL; sons: Darrell (Angela) Caulk of Mattoon, IL and Darren Caulk of Assumption, IL; six granddaughters; one grandson; brothers: Blaine (Adeline) Pinkston of Patoka, IL, John (Mary) Pinkston of Pana, IL and Bill (Sue) Pinkston of Assumption, IL.

Preceding her in death are her parents, brother, Tom Pinkston and sister, Shirley Scott.
