Coleen Conrad Phillips, 55, went from this life into the arms of Jesus on October 29, 2014. She was a beautiful, selfless warrior who taught us all how to love, give and appreciate life. We expected her to push on and push through until she was completely healed, but she chose to leave this life and start her eternal one in Heaven.

Celebration of life services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua.

Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time.

Donations may be made to Faith OutReach Center, where Coleen pastored, which will be used to bless Israel.

Coleen was born May 23, 1959 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Fred and Mazie L. (Ivers) Conrad. She married Robert H. Phillips in Effingham December 29, 1979.

Surviving is her husband; daughters: C. Elizabeth (Heath) Clayton of Mt. Auburn, IL and Rebecca (Anthony) Erbe of Blue Mound, IL; grandchildren: Haydin, Ezekiel, Amelia, Obadiah and Israel; brother: Greg (Mary) Conrad of Terre Haute, IN; sister: Cheryl Conrad and husband Houston Blair of Pittsboro, NC.

Preceding her in death are her parents.
