Charles W. Rhoades, 79, of Pana, died March 15, 2017, in Heritage Health, Pana, IL.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption.

Charles was born October 20, 1937 in Moweaqua, IL, the son of Earl B. and Mabel (Gamble) Rhoades. He was a member of Assumption Christian Church and retired from Sloan Implement in Assumption.

Surviving is his fiancée, Linda Richards of Pana; son, Kevin Rhoades of Salinas, CA; daughter, Rhoda Whipple of Morrisonville, IL and grandchildren: Jessica, Rebecca, Willie and Waylon Whipple and Kale Rhoades.

Preceding him in death are his parents.
