Charles M. "Chuck" Hardeman, 78, of Moweaqua, IL, died November 21, 2021 in Heritage Health, Mt. Zion, IL.

A combined memorial service for Chuck and his wife, Patti will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at First Christian Church of Moweaqua.  Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., prior to service time.  Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church.

Chuck was born on October 14, 1943 in Lewis County, KY, the son of Charles and Rebecca Myrtle (Hutchison) Hardeman.  He married Patrcia L. "Patti" Ferguson on August 23, 1969 in Westfield, IL.  She preceded him in death on July 7, 2021.

Chuck was a member of First Christian Church of Moweaqua and served in the United States Navy. He was retired from Toshiba, as a Field Service Engineer, and took on many jobs at the church following his retirement.

Surviving are his sons: Glen (Kathryn) Hardeman of Macon, IL and Troy (Elaine) Hardeman of Mt. Juliet, TN; eight grandchildren; brothers: Delbert (Delores) Hardeman of Vanceburg, KY, Roger Hardeman of Vanceburg, KY, Larry (Trish) Hardeman of Carthage, IN, Jack (Kay) Hardeman of Maysville, KY and Keith (Tammy) Hardeman of Morehead, KY; sisters: Bonnie Nolen of Xenia, OH, Shelia (Stan) Terry of Ashland, KY and Dawn Hardeman of Maysville, KY.

Preceding him in death are his wife, parents, bothers: Glendell, Bob and Bill and sister, Betty Ann.
