Arlene A. Gass, 96, of Assumption, died November 22, 2020 in Moweaqua Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Arlene was born on January 19, 1924 in Bethlehem, PA, the daughter of Edwin and Helen ( Wetzel) Koch.  She married Lewis Gass on February 21, 1942 in Bethlehem, PA.  He preceded her in death on September 28, 1998.  Arlene was a member of the Assumption Women's Club for many years.

Surviving are her children: Lewis (Pamela) Gass of Fort Worth, TX, Arlene (Jesse) Atkins of North Carolina and Nancy Mathias of Decatur, IL; eight grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; thirty-one great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Gilbert (Katherine) Koch of Dayton Beach, FL.

Preceding her in death is her husband, Lewis; son, Douglas; parents; two brothers; and two sisters.
