Angela C. (Allen) Smith, 38, of Louisville, KY, passed away August 4, 2016 at Baptist Health, Louisville, KY.

Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, IL. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016, also in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Metavivor (Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness) or St. Edward School. A service will also be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2016 at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersontown, KY.

Angela was born June 9, 1978 in Decatur, IL. She graduated from Central A & M High School in 1996 and later married Charles "Chuck" Smith September 27, 2003. Angela was an HR Analyst and a member of St. Edward Catholic Church.

Surviving is her husband, Charles "Chuck" Smith; son, Kylan Smith; daughter, Karsen Smith; mother, Mary (Robert) Oker; father, David (Laura) Allen; sister, Amy (Shannon) Lynch; brother, Kyle (Tiffany) Allen and mother-in-law, Sally (Kenny) Sloan.
